Pinkies up! Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025, is National Prosecco Day, and there’s no better place to celebrate than La Terrazza. We invite you to join us in raising a glass (or two!) from our extensive selection of bubbles, which we just so happen to be known for. Our Bubbles Menu 🫧
Perfect for National Prosecco Day, we have a Prosecco Superiore DOC from Veneto, Italy, that’s reasonably priced and very aromatic. If you’re not too strict about adhering to prosecco, our bubbles menu also includes a plethora of sparkling rosés, cavas, Champagnes, and other bruts. Or you could spring for a refreshing spritzeria—Aperol, Hugo, Campari, or Cynar—all of which are made with prosecco, club soda, and other flavor enhancers.
Prosecco Pairings
With its crisp acidity and fruity notes, prosecco lends itself to be paired with a variety of dishes. Seafood and salty, fatty meats like prosciutto are a great complement—as are spicy dishes, salads, and most desserts.
Here are some menu items at La Terrazza we’d recommend pairing with a glass or bottle from our bubbles menu:
- Caesar salad with romaine, roasted garlic white anchovy emulsion, toasted croutons, and Parmigiano Reggiano
- Tagliere: chef selection of artisan imported Italian meats and cheeses
- Norcina pizza with guanciale, fior di latte, san marzano sauce, and pecorino
- Lasagna with classic ragu, bechamel, and fresh pasta
- Fish of the day
- Classico crème bruleé with vanilla beans and biscotti
