Our pasta is housemade fresh each and every day, so you know you’re getting the best product possible on your plate. Each of our sauces are also made in-house and coat our pasta shapes perfectly. Lasagna

This isn’t your ordinary lasagna! Inspired by the Northern regions of Italy, we add bechamel (a creamy white sauce made from butter, flour, milk, and seasonings) to our lasagna that takes the dish to the next level. The hearty dish also features a classic ragu with ground meat, altogether making for a comforting, savory meal that satisfies all.
Ravioli Di Stagione

Our ravioli rotates with the seasons, ensuring you’ll always get the freshest of flavors. Whatever sauce it’s topped with, you’ll enjoy a creamy Parmesan fonduta inside that pleases with every bite.
The Sicilian

When they say to eat your greens, this is what they mean! Our robust housemade spaghettone gets topped with a bright and robust Bronte pistachio pesto that’s as easy on the eyes as it is on the palate. Great for those looking to stray from the standard tomato-based sauce!
Amatrice

Craving something with a little spice? Our classic Amatrice dish—named after the Italian town of Amatrice—is the one for you! One of Rome’s most famous pastas, our version is made with spaghettone, guanciale (an Italian cured meat made from pig jowl and spices and seasonings), San Marzano sauce, and pecorino cheese.
