La Terrazza’s Sky-High Debut
We kicked off our soft opening at La Terrazza with a bang! Welcoming our friends and family to a sneak peek of our menu during the last week of April 2024, was an absolute blast. Guests were treated to a sampling of what our menu has to offer, and the feedback was nothing short of exhilarating. As we embrace the fact that we are officially open, the reservations are rolling in–don’t wait to reserve your spot! In the meantime, check out our soft opening synopsis.
Popular Cocktails
Our preview cocktail menu included a Watermelon Spritz and Espresso Martini, both of which received glowing praise from guests. The Watermelon Spritz, made with gin, watermelon, and topped with prosecco, refreshing and effervescent, was a refreshingly fruity delight. The Espresso Martini, rich and robust, offered a delightful buzz with it’s Tito’s vodka, Mr. Black cold brew liquor, espresso, and spiced bitters. Both of these drinks can be ordered at the bar year-round!
Foodie Favorites
Our menu featured several standouts, but the Polpo became an instant icon. This delicately prepared octopus dish was made Galican style, and served with marble potatoes, lemon, and harissa for a sophisticated and zesty experience. An equally popular selection was the Fritto Misto, a tantalizing assortment of lightly fried calamari, shrimp, and cod, served with spicy salsa and a delicious vegetable blend. Both of these delectable dishes are ideal for sharing!
